The Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Litigation Associate with 3-6 years of complex commercial litigation and class action experience to join our Los Angeles – Century City office.

 

The Day-To-Day:

As an associate in the Litigation Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.

You Have:

• 3–6 years of experience in complex commercial litigation and class action matters at a law firm; trial experience is a plus.

• Experience drafting pleadings and contested motions, including complaints, motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, oppositions to class certification, etc.

• Hands-on experience with discovery, including taking and defending depositions and working closely with expert witnesses.

• Exceptional legal writing skills and strong academic credentials; writing ability is critical for this position. Please submit two writing samples with your application.

• Strong analytical skills and excellent verbal communication abilities.

• Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing is required.

PAY TRANSPARENCY 

 

The salary range for this role is $260,000-$350,000. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in [insert location]. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual merit increase and bonus pay.
